Dr Tracey Leghorn

Tracey joined SUEZ recycling and recovery UK’s executive committee in 2018. Her Human Resources career extends over 22 years in the public and private sectors across a range of industries, most recently as a People and Organisation Consultant with the world’s largest professional service organisation, PwC. Tracey has extensive experience in improving organisational performance, achieving sustainable growth, and in the design and implementation of large-scale transformational change.

Tracey is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and her academic credentials include a Master of Laws degree and Doctorate from the University of Leicester, where she undertook research in the area of ‘Women and Work’.
