Unleashing the power of data to accelerate the shift to net zero

United Kingdom
From 23/02/2024 15:30:00 to 23/02/2024 16:30:00 local time
  • As we confront the pressing challenges of climate change, we must remain diligent, continuously aiming to make data-driven decisions and use reliable data to inform and guide our actions towards a more sustainable future. But are we equipped to succeed? Do we have access to reliable data? Can we shift towards net zero, without it?

    Without data, can we truly:

    • decarbonise the sector and progress towards one world living at the pace required?
    • highlight and standardise best practice?
    • design suitable economic instruments to advance the business model shift?
    • identify and implement the necessary policies to support progress?

In our webinar discussion, we will leverage insights from the SUEZ exclusive 'Waste Data Book', which houses millions of records detailing individual bin weights across businesses, sectors, geographies, and demographics over the past seven years. The 'Waste Data Book' is enriched with comprehensive information collected from our facilities, including transfer stations and energy-from-waste sites, and other publicly available data sets, including Office of National Statistics (ONS) data.

Join us, alongside a panel of industry experts, as we explore these questions and attempt to support you in developing a plan for a sustainable future.

Our special guest from Elemis will provide a brand point of view, including insights from the beauty sector, on how businesses leverage data to drive sustainable practices and innovation.
