  • The UK waste and resources sector is entering a crucial phase in defining its pathway to net zero. Building on the original ESA roadmap, WRAP—working with CIWM, trade bodies and industry partners—has refreshed the modelling to reflect shifting material flows, updated policy timelines and new data. This work now underpins the sector’s draft transition plan, released for consultation.
