  • The Waste Sustainability & Investment Summit, taking place on 15 October 2026 in London, is the UK's only senior forum dedicated to the commercial realities of waste, sustainability, and investment.

     

    This Summit brings together producers, waste management companies, policymakers, and investors for a jam-packed day of high-level discussion, cross-sector collaboration, and investment-focused insight - with a real focus on what actually works in practice.

     

    John Scanlon, the Chief Executive Officer for SUEZ in the UK and the Chair for ESA (Environmental Services Association), will be delivering the waste management keynote address during session one.

     

    Stuart Hayward-Higham, Chief Technical Development and Innovation Officer for SUEZ in the UK, will be facilitating the roundtable discussion on “How do waste management companies and producers build genuinely circular business models that deliver commercial growth, not just compliance?”

     

    Dr Adam Read, Chief Sustainability and External Affairs Officer for SUEZ in the UK, will be chairing the discussion on food waste as it remains one of the largest and most commercially significant waste streams for producers, retailers, and hospitality businesses.
