National Recycling Awards 2026

  • The National Recycling Awards is taking place on 01 December 2026 at Royal Lancaster Hotel, London. The event, which is the largest and most prestigious awards ceremony in the recycling, reuse, and waste industry, brings together individuals, organisations and leaders at the heart of efforts to build more circular and efficient management of resources, while also working to reduce waste and rethink consumption.

     

    We are thrilled to announce that SUEZ, in partnership with several of its customers, has been recognised in 10 of the 25 categories at this year’s prestigious MRW National Recycling Awards, with a total of 11 shortlisted entries.

     

    The categories SUEZ have been shortlisted in are:

    • Excellence in Employee Training and Skills Development
    • Team of the Year
    • The NRAs' One to watch
    • Campaign of the Year – Health and Safety or Education Outreach’ (two nominations)
    • Partnership Excellence: Public/Private sector
    • Digital Innovation – Public Engagement Tool or Supply Chain Impact
    • Food waste initiative
    • Local Authority Success – Simpler Recycling Adaptation or Service Sustainability
    • Social Value Award – Education, Training and Skills Development
    • Social Value Award – Circular or Environmental Impact

     

    SUEZ teams shortlisted will be present at the event. Also, our Chief Sustainability and External Affairs Officer, Dr Adam Read MBE will be joining the jury panel for the final awards.
