James and his team are responsible for managing operations at 50 facilities across the region and 300 front-line staff. The portfolio includes the PFI contracts with Cornwall and South Gloucestershire Councils.
After four years as Regional Manager, James project-managed our successful PFI bid in 2008, including contractual negotiations and delivery. The following year he became General Manager for the South West region, taking over as Regional Director in November 2016. James has significant experience of process transformation as well as senior management.
