From our very first meeting with Clifford Van Graan we knew we were going to receive a good service.....Little did we know back in March 2023 how amazing our service was going to be. Biffa didn't empty or collect our skip for over a month. They had been given 4 months notice that our contract would end. SUEZ emptied our skip for us whilst we were waiting for Biffa to get their act together! Our multiple commercial bins across our many sites have always been collected as standard. We have requested locks for our bins in certain locations, nothing has ever been a problem when communicating with Clifford. We had a fly tipping issue at one of our sites just two weeks ago. Members of the public were dumping their waste into our commercial bins. I messaged Clifford and within 24hour he personally drove to the site and installed the new locks on them. I cannot recommend Suez highly enough. Thank you.
