SUEZ in the UK rates in top 1% of global companies for outstanding sustainability practices
SUEZ today announces it has been named in the top 1% of global companies for outstanding sustainability practices as it receives a platinum rating from EcoVadis.
EcoVadis assess a global network of more than 100,000 companies through their policies, actions and published reporting relating to 21 issues across four key themes of environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Each company is given a score out of 100, rating them on a scale of bronze, silver, gold and platinum.
SUEZ received its first ever rating in 2023/24, receiving a gold status for its sustainability practices, which was subsequently renewed in 2024/25. The increased score to platinum status reflects a strong commitment to continuous improvement in this area and the passion of everybody involved in delivering this day in and day out.
Dr Adam Read MBE, Chief External Affairs and Sustainability Officer for SUEZ in the UK said: “Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at SUEZ. To be recognised for not just our commitment to this, but also our actions, amongst businesses globally is true testament to our people and our passion for improving the environment.”
