SUEZ raises over £1,200 for KMFM’s Give a Gift campaign

SUEZ recycling and recovery UK were proud with their efforts to raise funds for the much loved ‘Give a Gift’ campaign run by KMFM and Stoner Motor Company. The campaign aims to provide toys and gifts for children in hospital, care and from disadvantaged backgrounds who may not receive a gift this Christmas.

Ryan Hinton, Contract Manager at SUEZ led on the initiative after hearing about the campaign on the radio as he travelled to work.

Depots in Ashford, Maidstone and Swale worked together to make a significant contribution to assist the radio station in its efforts to spread joy and kindness to families in the local community facing challenges during the festive season.

Ryan said ‘This is the first year we’ve been involved and I’m really proud of our fundraising efforts for KMFM. The £1,245 we’ve raised will go a long way in ensuring that despite their circumstances, these children will be able to experience the magic of Christmas and will have a gift to open on the day.’

Every year the local community is encouraged to take part in KMFM’s ‘Give a Gift’ campaign which has now been running for four years.
