Chief External Affairs and Sustainability Officer for SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, Dr Adam Read, will be the key speaker at the Westminster Food and Nutrition Forum conference taking place on 23 March 2023. He will be discussing the latest developments regarding food waste, policy, regulation, and industry practice from a holistic point of view.
Key stakeholders and decision makers will discuss the implications of WRAP’s revised roadmap for reducing food waste, due to come into effect in February 2023, and aims to accelerate progress towards the 2030 net-zero targets. Conversations will consider the extended producer responsibility scheme, the impact of the cost-of-living crisis, and environmental concerns surrounding food waste initiatives.
