Coupa update

We’ve been using Coupa as our Purchase to Pay system for over a year now and it’s helped us transform our internal business processes and the way we work with our suppliers.
With the system now fully embedded, we’ve expanded its use to cover all aspects of our sourcing to contract process. All tenders are now managed through the system to ensure a smooth transition from sourcing goods and services, to contract negotiation and signature.

Share your full catalogue with us on Coupa

Coupa allows you to showcase your goods and services by uploading a catalogue. This enables you to share your full range of products and services to potential customers throughout SUEZ, while enabling you to update your pricing and add new items at your convenience. When you receive orders from SUEZ via Coupa, they will be issued clearly and concisely , with the right price, ready for invoicing. You can also upload photos and descriptions to demonstrate the products and services you are offering to those placing orders.
