When not busy with developing digital learning modules and programme, you can find Tadelayo exploring Renaissance art and its history, which he loves, and learning French.

On the job
At work, I develop engaging, inclusive and exciting online learning. I also meet with specific business area specialists with the aim of developing online content. I also manage content already published and those sent from international sites.
How it all began
I’ve always loved the idea of creating different learning content for a vast amount of employees and joining SUEZ allowed me to do just that. Approaches to learning will always be different, from engineers to HR professionals and more, and developing these tailored learning programmes play such a pivotal role for a global organisation like SUEZ.
Purpose and motivation
What gives me great satisfaction and motivation is knowing that my team and I are developing content that are used and experienced by employees from all over the world. This positively impacts the working environment and makes a difference to the planet too.
Proud moments
I’m proud to have collaborated on the digitalisation of the City & Guild accredited energy-from-waste qualification, consisting of 10 learning modules that helped deliver remote training. I am also very proud of the Leadership Behaviours learning content I helped develop, which uses interactive and inclusive elements that took the learning content to a newer threshold.
Overcoming challenges
It’s not easy to make content for everyone because we all learn differently and at different paces. A challenge is creating learning that complements everyone’s preferred learning style.
Moving the industry forward
The industry needs more people to think of learning as the foundation of any organisation. Great learning equals great understanding, which then results in great work being done.
Words of advice
This industry is so vast and there is a role for everyone. And it’s a growing industry! The positive impact you can do for the world is highly rewarding.
