Every year, we create around 100,000 purchase orders for our supplier base. By accurately defining your products or services on a fixed pricing list, we can work with you to create a catalogue on our Coupa system which reduces the need to enter data manually and that means less potential for errors. Risk Mitigation and Compliance
Compliance is a non-negotiable and we will always ask for all relevant certifications during the onboarding phase. You will also receive requests to update these certificates when they expire, which enables us to keep your account up to date and verify you as a compliant supplier on our system.
To maintain our ISO certifications (9001, 14001, etc.), we can only trade with trusted and compliant suppliers so please ensure that, as well as your company registration and VAT details being correct, certifications and insurances are up to date, and we have the latest copy.
